Loved my new room spray

Good smart diffuser, app needs work
I ordered the Smart Diffuser with the Santal Oil about two weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I found what I needed quickly. Delivery took 6 days to get to my place in California, which was within the estimated timeframe they gave. The diffuser itself is well-made and surprisingly quiet. The Santal oil smells really nice, not too overpowering. My main critique is with the app; it's a bit clunky to set up schedules and sometimes loses connection to the diffuser, requiring me to re-pair it. Customer support was helpful when I called about a setting issue, though, so that was a plus. Overall, a decent product, but the app could use some improvements for a smoother experience.
Decent value, small hiccup
I purchased a Hotel Inspired Scent and a pack of Diffuser Sticks. The scent itself is very pleasant and does a good job of making my home smell inviting. I thought the price was fair for the quality of the oil. Delivery was reasonably fast, around 5 days. My only minor issue was that one of the diffuser sticks seemed a bit bent when it arrived, but it didn't affect its functionality, so I didn't bother reaching out to support. Overall, a solid purchase and I'd consider buying from them again for the scent variety.
Always a good experience
This is my third time ordering from Scent Australia Home. I got the Peppermint and Eucalyptus Oil this time, and it's just as good as the Lavender Oil I got a few months back.
